How we find candidates

  • Webflow Certified Partners directory. Most candidates are already there. We review the full list quarterly.
  • Public reviews. Clutch, G2, Trustpilot, and the Webflow Experts profile feed.
  • Reader nominations. Buyers writing in to recommend an agency they've worked with.
  • Editor research. Cold inbound from agencies via this page (which is why you're here).

What we score on

Five criteria, each weighted equally: Webflow Partner tier, portfolio depth, public reviews, project velocity, and editor judgment. Read the full methodology.

If you'd like to be reviewed

Email the editor with the details below. We'll respond within 10 business days, including for declines (with the reason). You'll get an honest answer either way.

What happens next

  1. Acknowledgement — within 2 business days, you'll get a reply confirming we have your submission in the queue.
  2. Review — within 10 business days, an editor scores you against the methodology and decides.
  3. Outcome — either we publish your profile (and let you know where you ranked) or we explain what would need to change for inclusion. Both responses are honest.
  4. Re-review — agencies that aren't accepted can re-apply once a quarter. We track resubmissions and look at what's new.

Things we'll not do

  • Accept payment for placement. Rankings are determined entirely by the published methodology. There's no paid placement tier, no "boost", no sponsored slot — and we won't add any.
  • Add agencies sight unseen. Even Webflow Certified Partners go through editor review before publication.
  • Drop agencies without notice. If your circumstances change (acquisition, pivot away from Webflow, closure), we'll let you know before unpublishing your profile.
